Pawnee ISD has partnered with Save the Children and they donate books and other resources to our students. This is a consent form so that we can take and share photos/videos of your student to show how much we appreciate the resources! One form can be filled out for all of your students.
Please sign and return, as the resources are starting to roll in and we want to honor parents' choice on this subject.
Students will still receive the resources even if you do not want their picture/video to be shared, we just want to ensure we don't get your student in the photo/video if that is your request.
