Back to School
Required Documents:
- Register student on
- Ascender Parent Portal
- Complete the "New Transfer Student Registration form"
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Child's Current Immunization Record
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Proof of Address (utility bill or rental agreement with physical address)
- Meal Eligibility Income Form
- Pre-K only (proof of Income for household)
Provide from previous district:
- Letter from current/most recent school district's Principal concerning behavior
- Most Recent Report Card or Final Report Card ( if applicable)
- STAAR Records (if applicable)
- Special Education or 504 document (if applicable)
- Current Withdrawal Transfer Form(s) from pervious school district (bring first day of school)
Please request these documents prior to withdrawing your student from their currently enrolled district.
