BE INTERNET AWESOME

Be Internet Awesome is a free digital citizenship and internet safety course including created by Google that teaches kids how to be smart, safe and kind online. Through interactive lessons and their immersive game Interland, children will practice making responsible choices while using the internet.

Topics include: privacy, online safety, how to spot scams, and how to handle cyberbullying.

Be Internet Awesome includes great printable worksheets and resources for both in the classroom, and at home.

COMMON SENSE MEDIA

Common Sense Media helps teach students how to be responsible digital citizens. Lessons cover important topics such as online safety, screen time balance, privacy, media literacy, and respectful online communication.

Common Sense Media also offers helpful reviews, content warnings and guides for parents regarding apps, movies, video games and shows to help parents make educated choices.

NetSmartz

NetSmartz is an organization focusing on the safety of your children. It provides age-appropriate videos and activities on both their website and their YouTube to help teach children how to be safer online, with the goal of helping children to become more aware of the potential online risks.
